Challenge Details

2018 is the year. We're all going to hit our Health and Fitness Goals this year! To jump start the year, we're going to team up for a 6-week Fitness Challenge!! Coaches will be the Team Captains and points will be available for healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits, improvements in body composition and fitness gains, with potential bonus point opportunities announced throughout the challenge!

Each Athlete can earn points daily and weekly. Team standings will be based on a summation of all Team members scores. Teams will compete for bragging rights as the Fittest Team at WCCF! The individual who scores the most points will win $200!!

Daily Goals



3 Points - Perfect day, no cheats 2 Points - One Minor Slip 1 Point - Significant Slip 0 Points - More than one cheat!


1 point: Drink at least 1oz of Water per 2lbs of bodyweight


2 Points: 7 - 9 hours per night


1 Point: Stretch/Mobilize for at least 10 minutes a day


1 Point: Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

Weekly Goals


Come to Class!

Attend at least 3 classes per week.

Completion Based Goals


Row 50,000m

Row 50,000m during the 6 weeks!

15:00 Bottom of Squat

Accumulate 15:00 in the Bottom of a Squat between 1/23 and 1/26.

300 Bike Calories

300 Bike Calories by Friday!

15 Power Snatch (45/35#)
15 Wall Ball (14/10#)
50 SU’s

10 Minute AMRAP:
15 Power Snatch (75/55#)
15 Wall Ball (20/14#)
30 DU’s

10 Minute AMRAP:
15 UB Power Snatch (75/55#)
15 UB Wall Ball (20/14#)
30 UB DU’s

Initial Workout Dates:

Final Workout Dates:
Feb. 16, 2018-Feb. 20, 2018
